At Cottonil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging for a successful processing.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Cottonil account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack the Garments
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
